Great service and thorough eye test. Options of glasses and contacts were discussed and I was supported by a lovely team of staff to choose the correct glasses for my face shape. A top notch experience!
Had no issues with the eye test and ordering of my new glasses. However on collecting my new glasses that cost just under £300 was amazed that the new glasses from the £90 range did not include a case or cleaning cloth but supplied within a cheap felt glass pouch. My wife who had a air costing about £200 was supplied with a nice case and cleaning cloth just a few weeks before. Not the service I expected.
I took my elderly mum today for an eye test for her and one for me. All the staff were amazing taking special care of my 86 year old mum. The service was a pleasure to behold. Politeness all the way, very professional, even the part time weekend staff were professional and excellent.nPeople are quick to criticise business but you deserve 5 stars in this review. Thankyou. Attended for a routine eye appointment, from the minute I entered the the door, the Staff were kind, courteous & compassionate. I am in a wheelchair & was looked after excellently.nNo complaints from me.
Ordered glasses costing £220, was told a no quibble refund if not satisfied.nCalled to take the glassss back, asked how many days I have, told it was 3 months or 100 days.nI asked which it was, told both.nWent in to the store, had to wait to see the supervisor, asked her the same questions, she gave the same answer, I asked again which it was 3 months or 100 days.nShe got a leaflet that stated 100 days, I asked where the 3 months came from, she said it used to be 3 months so that’s what the old staff say.nSo using that if I kept my glasses for over 3 months if told this, I could of had a further 3 weeks to return but going in what I had been told wouldn’t of done that if served by a old member of staff.nShe could not see this point.nOn my original visit, I asked if I needed to pay when ordering, was told no, to be then told I had to.nIt seems it depends on who serves you, depends on what rules are being used.nVery bad service, the supervisor was very dismissive, did not apologise at at point. I can see why there are so many bad reviews.
