Terrible service! I initially reported that I am Ukrainian and I don't understand English very well. They picked up glasses such that it is impossible to wear them. My head is spinning when you put them on and my head hurts. Glasses are just for looking into the distance. I don't just look into the distance, but I also look under my feet if I walk down the street, and at the objects that surround me nearby. When I asked to make other glasses so that I could comfortably use them and look into the distance and look at objects nearby, the staff said that I had to pay money for other glasses. Firstly, full eye testing and the manufacture of glasses for Ukrainians is free, and secondly, why should I pay money for mistakes made by employees who made glasses for me that I can't use. In the end, the lenses were put in glasses a little weaker, but I can't use them still. I do not recommend using the services of this glasses and lenses salon
I was there early for an appointment, and have issues which mean I need to use the restroom urgently. I asked if they could use their bathroom, she said they don’t have “public” toilets even though I’m a customer. She said it would be fine if I returned 15 minutes later, sending me to a public toilet. It was closed but I was back within 20 minutes of my appointment and she refused to see me. Appalling service and understanding of diverse needs.

I have been a regular customer for 3+ years. Recently took my broken frames in and they swapped my lenses across to new frames F.O.C. Great service!

Nice welcome here at Saltash branch. Husband had a good test and I had a small repair done on my specs. The same assistant who welcomed us helped with choosing and ordering new specs for my husband. Good experience.
Great service for my eye test, from the initial greeting and preliminary exams, through to the examination and finally ordering my new glasses. I felt that every stage was carefully and clearly explained by people who really knew their stuff. Reassuring that attention was being paid to covid measures too. Pleased to recommend.
Very happy with the friendly and professional service
Would give minus if possible. 12 weeks ago went to specsavers for eye test told need new glasses so spent close on £200 ponds then told have caterax. So had them done rang specsavers only to be told would have to wait for my follow up had that so made another appointment. Arrived for appointment only to be told that they wont do it as it was to early even thou Mr optometrist told me to go to opticians to get Reading glasses. Why was I not told this before I drove 10 miles after this will never use them again will be ringing boot's
Wasn't pleased told my glasses were already picked up, told them NO I WAS BOOKED INTO COLLECT TODAY... they were persistent that I picked up my glasses I had to tell them over & over I hadn't. Apparently they gave them to someone eles who was collecting for someone, hence returning my glasses back to the shop...eventually another Member of staff realised my name,& found them in a draw.. I was so stressed as I felt I was being accused of claiming glasses that they thought I'd picked up previously. Not a happy Customer. I should have phoned head office.
