Excellent service and help from the whole team in Royton!nVery helpful with explaining things to me- as i wanted to know more as i am being investigated for auto immune disorders and some of them really impact the dryness of your eyes. They are even sending my GP a letter on their findings.
Went to book an eye test, said they could do it same day if I could wait 15 minutes which I did. All staff very friendly, talked me through each process, didnt rush if I asked questions as I had never had an eye test before. Picked 2 different pairs as they were on offer, would be ready in approx 2 weeks, actually only took 1 week but I left my collection appointment as it was. Went yesterday for pick up and fitting, seen on time, again helpful assistant, no issues, very happy experience.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Specsavers Royton.nI had half a contact lense stuck in my eye, my own store who I went to the previous evening, said they couldn't help and suggested a&e if I couldn't remove it myself.nI rang specsavers Royton this morning as I work near, they got me straight in.nWhat a lovely store, with wonderful extremely helpful staff, every staff member I came across was a pleasure to deal with.nIt took a lot of fiddling but the two amazing female opticians managed to get it out.nI can honestly not thank everyone at the Royton store enough, you're all fabulous
