Been in again today and was seen by Optician Megan and advisor Nick. Friendly, helpful and professional service all round, and a special mention once again for Nick, who always goes above & beyond and delivers nothing less than exceptional customer service... As good as it gets!!
Been inn today, whats a welcoming and friendly stuff. Everything was well presented, i cant mensions names but all the stuff is more participating and makes sure you recieve the highest standard of help

Had a contact lens trial this morning 29th oct the lady that sat with me was absolutely fantastic!
Excellent service, repaired my daughter's glasses whilst I waited without an appointment.
Went in for minor repairs to my glasses. Excellent service thank you.
So rude didn't really help with any questions and then glasses I wanted was told no as it was too big but wasn't given and similar option
Called in today 12/8/21 by chance to see if I could be helped with ill fitting frames from another retailer who said they had done all they could. I have to say I wasn't hopeful as not purchased there. The lovely lady instantly agreed to help and within minutes had them sitting comfortably for first time in 12 months. I just want to say thank you not only for sorting my glasses out but for such courteous service which she didn't have to do. A credit to the company!
