Lovely staff always a friendly experience good offers on modern frames. Eye test etc provided proficiently, efficiently and quickly would recommend.

They are always attentive and professional here. Everyone is friendly and in the 15 years I've been using this branch I have never had a problem. The prices for frames are what they are but alas that isn't the fault of the staff. I will use them as long as the location is open.
The store was really busy but well organised and I was dealt with on time for my eye test and scan. Unfortunately i cannot say the same when I came to pick up my glasses. The young girl on the front desk was excellent in greeting me and advising me where to sit and saying someone would be with me soon. The store didn’t seem busy and other staff were talking amongst themselves whilst I waited quite a while. In fact the girl on the front desk had to prompt other members of staff that I had been waiting some time before I was seen.
Not the best customer service, made to feel that it’s all my fault due to my prescription changing.
Excellent service and such helpful staff. The lady who actually conducted my test was very professional and she got both my prescriptions bang on. The young lady who brought samples of glasses for me to try was also first class. She seems to have been in Specsavers forever, yet still looks about 22 years old!! She knew exactly what I was looking for as regards design and I am really delighted with my two new pairs of specs. A very professional and safe service all round.
After having issues with my eye, I was sent to the gp by specsavers who told them to give me antibiotics, it was a cellulitis infection so it was important. Can't fault them at all. I would recommend took my scenario serious and took drastic action. You may have to wait but it's understandable because its a popular opticians but if it helps solve the issue you cabt complakm

Love my new glasses, fit well and were amazing value for money.
