Totally discussted by the treatment of staff and director of the Neath store. We have been lied to, talked down to and patronised. They lost my other halfs glasses and ever since we have been fobbed off and also been  accused ourselves of lying. What a horrible experience throughout. We have been left upset and hurt by the whole situation. IF YOU USE THEM AND SOMETHING GOES WRONG.. I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU AND WISH YOU LUCK!!
