Always polite and helpful, I've used them for years. Recently, having been diagnosed with a potentially serious condition in one eye, they were sympathetic and very accomodating with giving me a further eye test after I was discharged by the hospital. They keep your GP informed too, should there be a need. Their tests are very conclusive and they'll talk you through all the results. Overall, very pofessional and knowledgeable.
Place is very badly organised, loads of staff but seriously lacking in equipment, leading to really long waiting times. Needs some investment in additional equipment and an operations manager to manage things, it's chaos on a Saturday.
I didn't even get as far as booking an appointment, no interest to me being a potential customer, talking about me 3rd person to a colleague, asking me silly obvious questions. Had no idea about cost of lenses I gave up and walked out.
I arrived on time for my 2.20pm appointment.  5 members of staff saw me stood in the doorway and not one approached me, advised you had short staff issues or even acknowledged me until 2.35pm where a male member of the team looked through me and said "2 seconds".  Given the 15 minutes I had already been waiting a vague timescale of 2 seconds felt dismissive.  Disgraceful customer service and no acknowledgement of complaint raised. I won't be using them again.
I visited specsavers with my granddaughter, the staff were a delight,professional and very helpful,while I was there i was also able to purchase new glasses for myself, a very helpful member of staff,I look forward to receiving my new glasses on a few weeks

My sincere thanks to the staff in leighton buzzard store. I was due an eyetest and could not get one where I live in Lancashire. I was visiting my son who lives in the town, so took a chance and booked an appointment. My plans changed and I had to return home. The staff pulled out all the stops and my new glasses were made ready a day early, so that made it easier for me to travel home on a quieter day. The staff also made me feel welcome, comfortable and safe inshore. They are all a credit to the store, congratulations on your customer service. Thank you all once again. Maureen Jackson.

I had my eyes tested back in September and my left eye was found to have raised pressure. I was referred to my doctor and I was still under the eye clinic at the hospital. I booked an appointment and eye drops were prescribed. I was told that they would book me an appointment in 3 months. After 3 weeks I was concerned to know if the eye drops were working. I returned to the Optician to ask if they would check the pressure. It was one of the opticians that came to see me and they kindly agreed to check them. She was able to confirm that the pressures were under control in both eyes. I could not thank her enough as she put my mind at rest. I have been a customer at the Leighton Buzzard branch for a number of years and find their service excellent. Thank you so much.
