Customer service first class. Staff always extremely helpful and go the extra mile to assist. Always been 100% satisfied.
Went for an eye test , was quick , efficient, helpful working within covid guidelines, back a week later to collect glasses and dane treatment, couldn't be more helpful
I seriously can't recommend this place enough. My 5 year old was going for his first pair of glasses after having a hospital prescription. We literally turned up, chose glasses, and were seen straight away. They're great with kids and if you buy two pairs of kids glasses, you get one pair free NHS and a second pair half price.
The staff at Specsavers Mersey Way in Stockport were so friendly and most helpful and made me feel at complete ease which is very important for me as I am disabled and struggle with lack of confidence. Could not wish for better staff. Highly recommend Specsavers they are also excellent value for money
Busy but well organised. Waiting can be an issue if later in the day and they've had chance to get behind so best making appt first thing in morning
