My husband and I would like to say a most sincere thank you to all the staff we met during our recent visit to your shop in East Kilbride to purchase our new glasses. From the extremely warm and friendly greeting from the receptionist at entrance, to our beautiful and most helpful Lynn who is an absolute asset not only in her professional knowledge but in her warmth and kindness which is so lacking in today"s selfish world, it was a pleasure to meet everyone.We cannot recommend your staff and service highly enough. I've been a customer of Specsavers for a few years now. Always had excellent customer service. Last night I damaged my glasses, found their local store today, Sunday, and popped in to see about a repair. They had them fixed in less than 5 minutes, and at no charge. Very happy customer here. Thank you Specsavers EK.
