If their was  -1scores   is store would get it. Rubbish customer service. Given wrong advice then charged 40 pounds for contact lenses I carnt use.  Stop employing people freshly out of university  without supervising them so you can pay them less because it's the customers who are suffering not you. Rubbish store hope it closes down soon

Absolutely appalling customer service at Coalville store. Waited over 25 minutes to collect my daughters glasses. Excuse of 4 members of staff off sick. Is that my problem!

Just had my glasses made into sun glasses, it took less than 1hr and a half, very pleased with the service, very helpful , this is why I have been coming here for some years now, thank you to Carl and team.
