Went for earwax treatment, told eardrums were clear, but a bit in outer ear. If I'd known I would be charged £55 for what turned out to be less than 5 seconds cleaning per ear, I wouldn't of bothered. Disgusted staff member didn't advise that ears didn't really need treatment, just too easy to rip people off. Will never use again. No response from head office over my complaint.
All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always get my eyes tested here. Glasses vary in price which is great. Cannot fault them really... Always had a very good experience.
Really pleased with the cost and quality of my new glasses and the efficiency of the process, from my eye test to the fitting appointment. I really appreciated the repair job done and customer service I received after I stepped on them!

Amazing. Great staff. Always had a great experience no matter what I go in for. Eye testing very thorough and friendly experience. They even just kindly sorted me with a new case when I lost my old one - with plenty of colours to choose from. Five stars highly deserved.

Lee Wyatt Optometrist is extremely qualified. Explained everything from the Eye Scan, £10 is well worth the money for undiagnosed conditions and preventative referrals. Highly recommend this. Thank you to all the Blandford staff for understanding my mental Health condition
Went in for eye test today,first time in this shop. The staff were all helpful made me welcome. I was seen on time 11 20 am,about 45 minutes on way.
