The lens coating on my glasses had been damaged and I needed to get a replacement pair, so I called in without an appointment. From start to finsh the welcoming staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. So, after a thorough assessment and measurement of my selection, the new glasses were ordered within the hour Ten working days later, my new specs were ready, the vision is 100% and they fit superbly. Thanks to everybody at Specsavers Berwick for such warm, professional and swift service.
After very thorough tests I chose frame and 2 weeks later called to collect glasses, assistant adjusted frame for better fit but after wearing for a day I found frame too tight, rang to make appointment and frame was readjusted and has been really comfortable since. Really good service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.
Delighted with the experience at Specsavers Berwick . Always nervous when I need an eye test . Your staff are exceptional talked through every procedure clearly and put me at ease . I now have my new glasses and am able to read clearly once more . What a gift thank you . A special mention to Abby who was a ray of sunshine as picking frames impossible she has twice helped with this she also took me through pre tests with ease . All in all you are all amazing Elizabeth Anne Todd .
I would definitely recommend Specsavers in Berwick. They are very thorough and so helpful. They spotted a very concerning problem with my son's eye. And if it was not for them I think it could have been catastrophic. Thank you to the staff for looking so well after my son and for taking your job very serious. I will always recommend you and feel very lucky to have you as our Optician.
Faultless service every time, friendly staff, not pushy with sales of glasses, couldn't be more helpful of accommodating. Despite moving out of the area for work commitments I continue to use Specsavers Berwick.

My hearing aids were not right there were no appointments but Katie called me and saw me on here lunch break that’s what I call going the extra mile thank you very much
Very professional service only issue was I was told my order for contact lenses would be a few days but after 2 weeks I'd heard nothing back so contacted them to be told they'll have to reorder. The customer should not have to chase them, they should keep a check on orders.
