Clean smart shop, Friendly & polite staff, very good range of glasses on display to choose from. The fact I also got 2 pairs for the price that usually costs me for 1 is outstanding.

Had my eyes tested last Thursday. A very pleasant experience. All went seamlessly with pre test procedures and a very thorough professional eye test. Everything was explained as the test proceeded and a summary of all results were given to me at the end of the test. I was then able to have a member of staff advise me regards frames etc. A very smooth experience by a well organised team and I was very pleased with the whole experience.
Called in without an appointment for problem with mother's hearing aid. Was seen within minutes. Audiologist helpful, polite and friendly and dealt with problem. Premises very clean n tidy, all staff polite and helpful
Finish service. We had appointment for 5 family members. They did not have correct info and they were unable to deal with it. Wastage of time. Had to cancel appointment. Gentleman dealt with was very arrogant. Never recommend to got them.
My son broke his glasses. Preeya was lovely and fixed them. She was very warm kind and helpful
Absolutely brilliant. After years of struggling with local opticians. Decided to get my eyes sorted by the professionals. all staff were helpful and polite. Except one. on visiting we were told to wear a mask. Which we did. However many didnt. So this member of staff didn't ask them to wear one. But when my wife came in. This employee literally grabbed her and said you have to be wearing a mask. Very disappointed at being picked on by race. However we followed the rules. But to single someone out coz of race. And not to grab others is just inappropriate. Besides that I can't complain
Unless you are in no rush and have an appointment and don't mind waiting weeks for glasses or contacts lenses it's a waste of time. How such a chain cannot get a pair of glasses made within a week is beyond me. Just fine your prescription and order from anyone online and you will get a better and faster deal.
Called as daughter broke glasses, told we needed to nip in and pick new ones so nipped in, picked new ones, then told actually we have to re issue the same glasses you didn’t need to pick new ones. Ok… did that, currently sat for over 30 minutes so far waiting for someone to sign it off. No one seems sure of what they’re doing, wasted time because of wrong instructions. Asked can we leave and it just be signed off without us here? Not sure, probably not. All this to get the same pair of glasses re ordered?! Wow!
Very good, made my appointment, also had new rubber nose bits fitted on my glasses as keep coming off. Staff were very nice and cheerful.
