This is a medium to large shop.nThey have quite a selection of glasses including sunglasses.nThey assess ears as well as eyes.nPlenty of seating areas.nnIt's extremely busy with many appointments running at once, so the atmosphere isn't very relaxing.nMy long sighted prescription was wrong twice, although eventually rectified by a senior member of staff, it was still an awkward experience.nAlso, I found them not to answer the phone.nnFairly professional but could do better.
very pleased with entire service, optician was very good, she explained everything to me, sorry can't remember her name. Charlie who helped me choose specs was very helpful also. I had my specs adjusted which usually happens, it wasn't a major thing they were slipping, all sorted. I know I can always come back with any further problems.
Lovely lady sorted my ears out for me. She was so kind and understanding. The relief afterwards was incredible; I can hear colours! LolnThank you once again

Another great experience today, I suffer with anxiety, and Karen always makes me feel at ease and helps me through. There was a young lady called kya she was amazing to today and went above and beyond for me to make me feel comfy. She really new her stuff as well amd even offered for me to ask for her if makes me feel better. You really have some nice staff.
