Had a hearing test as felt my hearing was impaired when listening to people speak in groups. Was dealt with swiftly and effectively by ‘Sharon’ who was informative and pragmatic. I liked her no-nonsense approach and I didn’t get the sense she wanted to just sell me something.
Thank you so much once again for excellent service and thorough examination. I wear varifocals, two pairs for entirely different looks and I love them and no adjustment was needed at all. See you next year!
