Managed to get a sight test for my daughter on the same day online. She had been suffering from migraines, so we decided to check her eyes and something came up that seemed very plausible to be potentially causing/aggravating them.nMy daughter commented upon leaving Specsavers Jarrow at how helpful, professional and thorough the optometrist was,and how friendly all of the girls were that helped her choose her glasses.nIt really left a very good impression, she had had many negative experiences with medical professionals so to have someone actively listen and give practical solutions didn't go unnoticed.nThe whole team stands out as going above and beyond for their customers!nThank you all for being so lovely.

Staff friendly.  I was seen to straight away.  Had help to choose glasses.  Experience good.

Amazing . Courtney was amazing on helping me choose my glasses and very friendly. Got glasses within 2 weeks and very quick and easy. And make sure your glasses fit right . Can’t complain

Appalling attitude of staff. Then even worse when you feel bullied into choosing glasses from their range in the shop even though none of them fit you requirements.
