Called in the Middleton store when shopping as our 96 year old mother, who weary hearing aids, was struggling to hear recently. Even though the audiologist wasn't available the young lady I spoke to offered to assist us, checking Mum's ears and replacing the tubes in her hearing aids. She also was training a younger member of staff whilst doing this. Excellent service and problem now solved for Mum. Thank you so much.
I was referred to the eye clinic at this branch as a bit of an emergency as I'd developed double vision. They saw me the same day in fact within a few hours. The staff who greeted me were friendly and efficient. I then saw Hassan Arain who was highly professional, thorough and had a friendly and reassuring manner. My eyes were examined thoroughly and scanned and he came up with a diagnosis, sent the information off to my GP and said he'd phone the surgery later to check they'd dealt with me. Couldn't have asked for more.
Couldn't have had better services than I got in Middleton branch at my appoint. Optician was really helpful and thorough Mr Krupal Sheth. Choosing the glasses Hayley again could not have given me a better experience she was very patient and explained the costs clearly.
Excellent service from entering the store to book the appointment through to the actual eye test. Very friendly staff all knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this branch .
from entering the shop to picking up my glasses all staff we're really helpful The eye test was easy and Kru explained why lasor surgery was not an option for me and explained clearly my other options james was helpful showing which frames would suit my choice of lenses and with the help of Kim and James I got 3 pairs for less than the cost of 2 pairs Thanks
Visited early on Sunday morning to avoid busy times and collect new glasses. Accessed via lift, which was clean and empty. There was a rope barrier across the upper entrance, to limit people entering the store - which I appreciated. Seen straight away and glasses were ready to collect. Had the opportunity to test them out on a reading card. Staff were still wearing masks and following safe practice. Good experience, would recommend.

I was visiting after I had to cancel due to a dose of Covid, but the staff were very understanding and were VERY friendly and approachable, so I enjoyed my visit, especially the good news!
last year i visited and was told I had cateracts which turned out to be untrue and this year my husband was tested and told he needed glasses for distance and driving and when he got the glasses made to the prescription he couldn't see a thing!!! two serious errors by this branch I would never visit again.
Great service and would recommend superb service received when I attended my appointment and for my pickup
