From arrival to leaving the experince was first class. I was checked in at reception quickly, seated and met by a technician who explained and processed my eye pics. The Optician then invited me in for a personal test and assessment of my eye health explaining with clarity my eye health. This was concluded satisfactorily with no changes required and it was noticeable that he was not trying to sell me something I didn't need. If I needed it I'm sure he would. All done for 2 years I go there because it's professional and efficient and I feel that my eye health is in good hands. Bury Staff are First class. Andy

Very pathetic service. Wasted my hundreds of pounds twice. Huge difference in both glasses in few months. Even not satisfied with the second purchase. No response from customer service when I visited. They refused to listen my issues with the glasses and said they did a good job and no issues with the glasses. Will never recommend anyone.

Broke the arm off my glasses on the morning dog walk.I got home got on line booked 1pm appointment at bury Specsavers.The staff were great ordered new glasses and they repaired my old glasses.A Great service
I was served by Sam at Specsavers Bury and I cannot fault her she was amazing. She made my whole experience from eye test through to selection of frames trouble free and enjoyable highly recommended.
Terrible service from the staff. Rather see a 2 year old little girl wet herself than use their toilet. And to top it off lied about it being broken, then banned us 2 disabled grandparents from the store oh and called the 8 members of the shopping centres security in an attempt to intimidate us. Security agreed with us that they where pathetic in making a 2 year old wet herself.
I recently had an eye test with Jessica who was absolutely brilliant and made me feel so at ease. Jessica explained everything throughout the eye test as well as the test results. Although it was clearly very busy, Jessica gave me her full attention and did not rush my appointment. Would 100% recommend.
