Popped in today to order a pair of sunglasses. Was greeted by Leanne G who was very polite and professional, and very well presented. After trying on a few pairs and not really liking any, she came over and I explained my dilemma whish she understood and hunted high and low to try and find me a pair of glasses. I spotted an offer and spoke to her about it and she explained that it was an offer that should have been explained to me when I had my glasses 2 months ago. Had this had been explained I wouldn't have been looking for another pair of glasses today - every cloud has a sliver lining though as I wouldn't have had the pleasure in meeting Leanne. She looked things up on my account and went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get what i needed. She confirmed a few things with colleagues to ensure she was giving me the correct information. All in all by speaking to this very pleasant lady I have some new glasses that are better than what I went in for and on a better deal. She is a massive credit to the store. Hands down employee of the month in my eyes. I look forward to collecting my new glasses so out I Cross paths with her again. Well done Leanne, a massive credit to yourself and the store. Wish there were more people like you.
My son Syed Naqvi is writing review. About claire. I visited today with broken glasses. I meet with her. I am 7 year old and day after tomorrow my school will reopen. She repair my glasses in same day at same moment. I really happy. She is so professional and kind.
Had a contact lens consultation today and Lucy was brilliant! She was very patient and helpful and talked me through the whole thing. Fantastic experience, looking forward to my next appointment!
Poor service Specsavers! Was called later today to say had to cancel my appointment tomorrow as my frames hadn't arrived. Couldn't even tell me when they will now be in, just told maybe in the next few days. in It's now been over a week where I have been without glasses. I am not even waiting for the lenses just the fame! Poor show Specsavers don't over promise and then not try and find out when they will actually now be in, when we work full time it's hard to then rearrange things to get in for a new appointment.
My new specs were to replace my driving glasses which l lost, so l needed an exact copy in my new replacement specs... unfortunately thats not what l received. Instead of react to light lens, l was given permanently dark lens which are really dark they are sunglasses driving at dusk or when the light is going, is very difficult l find l cannot wear them, so lve wasted over a £100
Got hearing aids that I paid for. No cleaning kit, only one box to store in overnight right one not fitted properly and when I asked about it given excuse after excuse as to why. Wouldn't bother with these ever again. Unless it comes to mind.
Great! Mrs Justyna is very professional and kind team member. She helped me choose new glasses and fit them, and she did it perfectly. Very happy customer
Very poor customer service. I returned today to Specsavers in Walsall initially to be greeted by someone who was not only rude but questioned why I was there today. After showing her my appointment card and saying that I have an appointment to get my glasses she quickly said have a seat and we will try to have someone see to you when free. After waiting almost 3/4 hr for my already paid for 'two pairs of glasses'. To only be told the second pair has not yet arrived .When I asked when will it be available , I was told they do not know but will call me when its available. So I basically not only wasted a journey to travel here today but took a day off work as well. And lastly , after having my one pair prescription glasses fitted was given a mandioca clothe case for a pair of prescription glasses! I had to then demand a proper case to prevent the glasses from being damaged before I was given a bit more of a protective case. I must say the customer service Is indeed appalling and I will not be going back here again!!

Disgusting unacceptable behaviour by mangers and all staff deffo Nathan will contacting head office rang up appointment got treated like dirt I got to another place has test done they have put me under Wolverhampton hospital eye clinic has might need operation has can't see properly need to wait now thank you to Specsavers NATHAN all staff need sacking will 100,% better for manger job
