I use specialist screeding on all my jobs and have done for years. Grant and his gangs have always been tidy, polite to clients, and most importantly the floors are 100% all the time. great guys

I can't thank Grant and his team enough. I was originally going to use a large company (as I had a large 5000 Sq feet job) and got cold feet when they started talking about extras. Saw Specialist Screeding reviews and called them first with a view of getting other prices to compare. He came to site immediately assessed all of the issues we had and gave good recommendations and showed flexibility and professionalism in his attitude. Decided to just go with Grant on a good 'gut feeling' and glad I did. He achieved everything he promised he would, worked around the other trades, did not charge me extra after I changed specs, and finished off with a good quality job. All of the other trades on site have taken his number and will now use him when they recommend a screeding company to their clients - Praise Indeed! Good local company who are happy with jobs small or large, I will use again.

Top quality work carried out to a very high standard. The lads were great, friendly, polite, clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone. I heard about Grant through a friend. I had a few issues with levels, but was no problem for team. Very happy.
