We walked from Buckingham Palace through the park to this spot. It is a flat accessible walk . Lots of people walking or on bikes and roller skates. Beautiful trees, wildflowers birds and squirrels to look at and listen too. Once we arrived at the speakers corner it was disappointing to find out it's just a coffee and ice cream stop. A very expensive cafe stop too! The debates only happen on a Sunday and people come to stand and watch.

A great outdoor space within one of the King's parks; with great historical significance for being a place to speak your mind and debate aloud... not a place for the easily offended. The best crowds are on a Sunday afternoon, but the odd debate does occur during the week.

Bettter to watch on YouTube… whole lot of screaming and shouting and can be hard to listen in to any meaningful conversations. Did have one interaction where I learnt something new. Otherwise, it’s worth visiting once to experience but I don’t think I’ll be returning. Visit on Sunday after 2pm as we went in the morning at 11 and it was completely dead until we returned later at 4/5.
A corner full of people sharing their valuable opinion to others having conversations discussing world politics. But unfortunately there are some who are always there to insult the other Idk who thought them these or what kind of sick mentality they have.
The most disrespectful lady working in the coffee shop and very rude to customers, I used to love this place but now will never come back. If you want to validate what I am saying please chech the CCTV if there is one. today 5 October at around 12 pm a man with his son and see how she treated us.

Hilarious and fun afternoon listening to what some people have to say standing on their boxes. Freedom of speech so can say what they like. Some people say very offensive things but just walk away if you don’t like it. I found a few of them boring topics and most absurd but have to remember it’s what they want to talk about and their thoughts. Many people come off to the side in their own debates which you can join. Very interesting and worth the visit. It’s a feee event.
