Shocking.. if I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered in the shop. Young girl took our orders. Got home to separate houses. Managed to get both orders wrong. Missed items off both orders. Rang the shop and spoke to a man who said he couldn’t give a refund and said just to come to the shop again to get a refund. Not acceptable in the slightest. Will never be returning.

This our go to place for weekend treat. Only real reason we keep going back is because of the staff. Love them.Food: 5/5
Nice and friendly service. Very helpful and very accommodating. Cut fresh cabbage for my salad as the counter salad was a cabbage and lettuce mix. All very fresh and clean. Chips tasted like clean oil. Large Kebab and salad was a generous massive portion. Kebab meat was tasty and good but was not my favourite kind, this is down to personal taste, although much better than other loughborough chippys. Pita bread actually had the meat inside it not on top like many other places, going soggy. so the kebab could actually be picked up and eaten with it falling everywhere. Parking: Parking was easy at the rear of the shop, room for 5 cars.
Great Fish n Chips other food is available. Teriffic friendly service. Always use this shop when we are in Loughborough. Highly recomended.Food: 5/5

Overall pretty good! Large portions and good enough quality I ordered a small fish, large chips, and onion rings for delivery. The biggest criticism about this place was the way the food was packaged for delivery. Everything, including the chips, was simply just wrapped in paper instead of being put in a cardboard or polystyrene container. This meant that everything arrived a bit softer and moister than it likely would if eating in The 'small" fish was about the size of a typical 'regular' fish in most chippies, and I got a good amount of onion rings and chips for the money spent. Everything was pretty good quality, and definitely good value for money
We had a mini fish with chips and pie and chips. Both were hot and fresh. Even though I can eat for England I only managed half the chips, a much smaller chip portion would have saved wastage. Tell the server to stop when loading the plate? I will next time. A most excellent meal. Parking: 3 free spots at rear of shop
Friendly and clean service. Good food overall. The chicken burger patty can be improved by becoming a chicken breast fillet.Food: 4/5
