A true Hardcore gym, friendly, clean with a lot of equipment a lot of weights and a well stocked shop. If I'm in the area again and want to lift weights, this is where I'll go! 🤘

I started training there n my first day I remember wanting to find a gym that would bring results after seeing Steven personally get this guy competition ready there was only one outcome he won the north east I found a home I was young and to be honest in a nut shell run by a inspirational man who is not only winning them competition he USA great person and treats peaple with respect n dignity soon as you walk in but he has amazing equipment realy Robyn n that's why it needed to be said n gave to a genuine great person
