I've purchased my 4th car from Sparhatts but this time from Havant and the best service I've had to date. Jason took care of part exchanging my old car and the finance on my new car, he was very friendly and quick, he would have had everything done the same day if the underwriters didn't take so long.nI have nothing but praise for this dealership I highly recommend them.
I am a single 60 year old lady, I went to this garage thinking I would be in good hands, well they sold me a car that was not road worthy!! Customer service awful. Please do not go anywhere near this so called car sales garage !!!!!
I purchased my BMW 1 series Auto Sport on 27 March 2024.nThe dealer/representative was a gentleman named Nick. Fantastic customer service. Professional throughout. No issues or concerns with his conduct and mannerism. A true salesman.nI was looked after throughout my time from the enquiry of the vehicle, test drive, and until I signed all the necessary documents, and then the vehicle was now officially mine, hahaha.nI would recommend them highly.
AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!nWould give 0 stars if possible, my partner had a car from this garage, the top gap insurance etc was paying extortionate money however wasn’t the problem because we were told if anything was to happen we would be fully covered etc, explained about warranty with them and said we would have a year FREE!! If we wanted to carry this on after we could. Fast forward 10 months and my partner was involved in a drink/drug driving accident with my 8month old son, car was writ off, accident was proven not to be her fault, we went back to Sparshatts to see what our next steps were as we were devastated They reassured us we would have to pay nothing as the gap insurance would sort it all, so we got another car on finance with them as we thought everything was amazing until the car was settled and we get a letter through the door from the finance company saying we owe £2400. I called Santander they had no clue why we were paying it and told me to call sparshatts when we called them they told us that’s for the gap insurance so we went to my gap insurance and they told us it’s the warranty. After going back and forth with the finance company they told me I shouldn’t be paying the warranty and the garage should settle the payment. We have called the garage multiple times just to be shrugged off. We called sparshatts again and they said they asked us to come in after hanging up the phone multiple times. We got there and asked for Jim the bloke who sold us the car they said he’d just popped out and they will call him. He finally turns up in a smug manner. We go into his office we have an arguement about it all and he is patronising me telling me to sit down and be quiet. He then tells us to call a complaint line to raise a complaint and he has booked us in to speak to the manager next week. When my partner went to speak to him on her own he said “I know people that will sort him out if you want to go down that route” threatening behaviour about myself. She then told him he’s being very unprofessional and he shrugged it off. They told us a whole load of nothing whilst we were there. They acted as if they knew nothing about the warranty. He called my partner after meeting with them and said “have you got the paperwork we gave you when you sold the car as we need to check what the warranty is, it says you were declined for finance with a previous car” she has never had a previous car so that’s utter bullcr@p
Sold my daughter in law a car for an extortionate price. Multiple faults and awful service with high finance costs. After care is rude and uncaring. How do they sleep at night? AVOID!!!
