Excellent service from start to finish for my son’s 18th Birthday cake. It was wonderful and turned out fabulous. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Also ordered balloons for the party room, they looked fantastic. Great delivery service. Staff were very friendly. THANK YOU for everything!!!!!

So disappointed with the customer service I received from Sparkles Cakes and especially from Cathy today (25.03.2018)

I arrived at 12pm to pick up some 18th Birthday cupcakes which I ordered 3 weeks ago. I had provided the design beforehand only to find when I arrived they were just some cakes with white icing and sprinkles. 

To her credit Cathy agreed to rectify this as the design I wanted was unicorn swirls in the vibrant pinks yellows and blues. Cathy said she would do this for me within 30 minutes but I assured her to take her time and I would collect them at 2pm. When I arrived the second time I was disappointed with the colours that had been used as they were very ’wishy washy’ 

I discussed my concerns with the lovely assistant who gave them to me and she too could see the disappointment in my face. She went to speak with Cathy who refused to reason and said ‘either take them or leave them’ I was shocked that this was the attitude and the service I was being given. Surely having to come back a second time and not being entirely satisfied with the product would have suggested a discount was in order. 

Cathy refused to give in as she knew the cakes were for a special birthday and that I was also unable to source replacement cupcakes at such short notice. I found this to be very unkind and unsympathetic of Cathy. 

I will not be using Sparkles again in the future if this is how they treat customers.

My son's 6th birthday cake was amazing! I ordered a minion dressed as a red power ranger 😀 they didn't disappoint. It was delicious too. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend getting your cakes from here xx

Lovely staff. Couldn’t be more helpful. And the cake was to die for. Highly recommend. Shame some customers think it’s ok to be rude and nasty because they can’t get their own way. Shame on you.

Fantastic cakes and service. Our wedding cake was 1st class. We had a three tier (vanilla sponge, chocolate sponge and Christmas cake). Each tier was delicious and all our guests loved it. Thanks for adding the icing on the cake to our fabulous day.
