Good place , if coins could be offered it would be good
Worst laundry I ever experienced. Machines do not work with no "out of service sign" and it takes your money with no refund. No one to speak to, no contact number to call. Even the email they put on the wall is wrong!! Absolute 0 customer satisfaction.
worst ever, spend 4 pound today i put my jacket from me as well to wash, after washing water came off from wash machine, ive got t shirt and is freeze cold outside i spend another 6quid and use another machine to rinse and spin i am wet and cold there is no number and email address diesnt work!!!! oh i forgot to mention i make picx and videos but now i am hurry up to Luton Airport foe g.. sake !!!!
Used a machine that is now to my knowledge out of order. No telephone number to contact. Won't be coming back here again
Very poor customer service from the caretaker. Many machines out of order; the one we could use then failed to take our powder. Staff refused refund without emailing.
We returned at 7.42pm to collect our washing, to find the door locked. We waited until 8.25pm and a lady came and opened the building. This is not acceptable.
Not to clean, and opening hours aren't the best. But no competition in that part of the town.
