Absolutely appalled by the service received from a worker at your business going by the name of ‘Ryan’. My mum called in looking for some marshmallows and asked him for assistance to locate them. He initiated the conversation with saying ‘huh’ when my mum approached me and said ‘excuse me’. He then went on to say ‘I don’t know ask someone else’ and started laughing at her for this. My mum then came home in tears. Should seriously consider who you are employing
Disappointing experiences with new Burrito counter on 2 occasions. Broke a tooth on the rice first time, so hard! Next time, got 5 small pieces of Chicken, Salsa and Guacamole small serving of rice after last episode! No peppers and onions available..... Disappointing for 6.95!!!!
Vegetables not fresh - had to throw out quite a bit of potatoes and onions that I bought today and wouldn't but from food counter again...£4.25 for a wrap and it was one small scoop of tuna girl behind food counter was rude. But lovely staff that work tills, butcher, post office and off licence
Got a 'soft roll' from the deli counter, roll was stale, obviously sitting for a few days, very little filling for something priced at £3.75, so hardly good value, lady making it was more interested in talking to one of her colleagues about her upcoming holiday. Better alternatives nearby to spend your money.
Every morning I'm in this store. The store itself is grand but there hot food counter is a joke they have 30 or more wraps made before they even open aswell as sodas everything is stone cold this has to be a health and safety violation I'm wondering if should report it before someone gets poisoned if it hasn't already happened.
I often go to this shop after work, and the staff is always friendly, and professional. Sometimes at night there is trolleys with stock that obstruct the alleys, but it's usually when there is the most quiet time of day/night, and its never the case during busy hours of the day.
Brilliant shop! Glad to see that social distancing measures are being taken seriously, as there are only 3 tills operational to maintain 2 metres. There's also clearly striped sections showing 2 metre blocks. An in store customer limit is also maintained to keep the numbers down inside, which is a great move for customer safety! In response to big Dave, it's not up to the staff to enforce these rules, there are very clear signs that are everywhere telling people to keep their distance. You're over reacting having to walk out because another customer reached over you. Blame it on them not the staff who have been working incredibly hard to keep the store running with as many safety measures as possible!
Good for milk and bread anyday of the time or week
Bought a sub at lunchtime today. When I opened it when I got back to the office, the sub roll was VERY stale. Both ends as hard as a baguette! Very minimal filling also today for the set price of £2.99. Very disappointed as on the whole the quality of food is usually fine, even if the food counter staff are generally lacking in customer service training! Don't think I will be back at the 'Fresh Deli' counter again.
Had a flat tyre on the Saintfield Road and made it to the Eurospar. My phone died and I was definitely not having a good day. The staff where brilliant. Got my phone charged andhelped get me sorted. Cant thank them enough and I didnt even buy anything.
