A well laid out Spar with all your daily essentials and more. Now stocking a range of non alcoholic beers which is good to see.nI usually stop by here for a bag of jellies and to see if they still stock the large cadburys chocolate bars for £1.25 which they do!.nnPetrol prices are extremely reasonable considering the location as it's the only petrol station for a few miles.nnIncludes Travel Money Post Office at the rear of the store. The lady at the counter is always very friendly and willing to help. On one occasion that I believe she was on her break, didn't take no for an answer and insisted she would help me with posting an item.nnGreat selection of chocolate bars, snacks and crisps, always well stocked and presented.nnI was pleasantly surprised to find when I went for a jar of the green pesto on one occasion to find they even stock the red tomato pesto, another example of how well stocked this Spar is for being a petrol station.nnAll in all a great wee spar / petrol station to go to if in need of your daily essentials and more!
A good well stocked convenience store and post office, with a wide range of produce, fresh, frozen, fruit and veg, chilled, cans, sauces, cakes, snacks, chocolate etc. There is a lot of Northern Irish and local produce, from bread to tea to the prepared meals and veg and butter and milk of course. Some offers, some products good value, others more expensive of course as is usual for smaller stores. But very convenient for locals and visitors to this part of Portstewart. Also sells national lottery tickets. Has vegetarian produce and some items suitable for dairy free diets.
Friendly and helpful staff. Susan went more than out of her way today to help me look for and retrieve my phone. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness. I’m very grateful!
We call this the Texaco!...nRichard...the boss will go out of his way to help you...The staff are the same...Fuel pumps kept clean and they are mostly new...Great car wash facility that I use at least once a week...nFood is always fresh and you can buy anything from a petrol can to a children's comic...Milk to a Sunday lunch...The staff have all worked hard during this covid epidemic and take the right precautions!...
