I have been verbally abused by the staff there and threatened to be beatenas well... Anf now How it happen. Like usual I went to fill my car at my favourite petrol sttion unfortunatelly for me PUMP Number 8 Regular Diesel was malfunctioning AGAIN which end up in a puddle of diesel it is just does not switch off or indicating in any way when the fuel touch the nozzle ... Than that Skinny guy came out trying to convince me that I do not know how to fill my car ... I am doing that 2 times a week and without any problems exept with that specific pump... on top of that start waving his hand woth attempt to hit me but I told him to be very careful because there are cameras everywhere Second that person Umesh ( acording to his nametag) came and start explauning me that I am stupid and do not know how to fill my car ... Both of them completely refused to hear that PUMP NUMBER 8 REGULAR DIESEL is NOT working properly and that is why there is a puddle of diesel ... Long story short that Person Umesh continiu shouting at me that I am an "IDIOT" and "Stupid Idiot" infront of the other customers and the other staff ... And both of them said that I will not going to fill my car there FOR EVER and they will make sure that I will not step on that Petrol station in future... And all that because their fauly pump did not stop or indicated when the car is full and spilled diesel ... Honestly if I was the owner I will make sure that such people will not ruin my reputation and if I have a faulty pump at least they can applologise and not verbally abuse me infront the other people .... As well I told them if they think that I am doing something wrong they can call the police they will see the cameras and everything will become clear that it was not my fault .... but they will see as well how that Skinny guy is swinging hands to hit me as well ....
