Great, lots of choice and has post office attached
Used to visit this store back in the 70s/80s and it was continually being broken into. Wonder if it's the same now. Think it was the Co-op then? Aside from that, it was a nice little store. It brings back pleasant memories of green shield stamps too. I remember the meat section was right at the back then.
I prefer to go early in the morning when it's quiet. It's convenient, shop is very clean and tidy, well stocked up. Staff friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars, but for the price of things, quite expensive for some items, but overall a pleasant shopping trip.
The shop itself is a nice little place. Quite well stocked with a good variety of brands and some great money saving offers. The staff are always lovely too. However, this particular store always seems to have a hoard of rowdy teenagers sat around outside of it either on the steps along the entrance to the shop or near the cash machine beside the door etc. It's quite intimidating in all honesty and has put me off going inside so many times. The shop needs security so they can be moved on or it'll be slowly losing custom.
Would avoid this shop. Offer a post office service, but can not carry it out .staff who are rude to customers. And give unjust answers when questioned as to why a parcel could not be sent. Staff who are not trained to offer services they apparently provide...
If you want to use the post office services, I wouldn't bother. It is either not open, someone is on thier break or the staff dont want to know. If you want to be treat like rubbish, go ahead and pop in, I'm sure you wont be disappointed!!!
This is my local corner shop the staff are brilliant and polite and I take my daughter in and she even loves the staff wouldn't ask for anything better love the spar

Very polite and helpful staff, I am currently in a wheelchair. And live within .25 of a mile :- so its my 1st choice anyway
Great little shop. Always has discounted products in the evenings.
