I fone my order into Glebeside every Thursday, for Friday pick-up. Not only are the staff pleasant, but, they have VERY good product knowledge. I worked in small, community Supermarkets for almost 22yrs, therefore I have certain 'expectations', of Glebeside. The 'mantra', we always adhered to, as do the staff in Glebeside, that... "YOUR CUSTOMER IS THE... MOST IMPORTANT PERSON TO WALK THROUGH YOUR DOOR". Then... the unexpected thing is... 'The Tesco Price Match'... So... we can do all our shopping in one place. The members of staff know their customers by name + sometimes they even 'know' my order better than I do!!! On occasions, because I'm often unable to get into the shop, they suggest some 'lines' that they think I might be interested in. Nothing is too much trouble. Also the 'BOSS', Sam Smyth, has a presence on the shop-floor, too!!! One thing I should mention, at this juncture... we actually live in Portstewart... what else can I say... ???

I used their post office today 19/7/17 about 2.30pm for sending a parcel with prepaid postage tracked,an elderly women put the wrong postcode on it and subsequently i realized it couldn't be changed by another staff. I did offer my magnify glass to view the small print but the old lady said she could read the print but couldn't with her glasses,I think,not pleased at all.

Had the pleasure of meeting Mr David Smyth this morning during my visit to the store. A charming man who takes care of business. Great place to shop.
