You need to update what services you provide. Also customer service is non existent Quite rude staff too. Only go inside now for the post office.
Drove there especially as they were open until 11pm.... until you get there and they shut at 10pm! It even stated the business had updated its opening hours 4 days before we went there. Don't waste your fuel, go somewhere else!
Rude and snotty women behind the counter provide the dreadful customer service I've come to expect from this spar. I feel sorry the one nice staff member, the male assistant manager is lovely. I've never met the manager, but I feel for him having to work with these awful women who clearly hate their job. I am a local and everytime I have been in this store I have witnessed them be rude to other members of the public and myself. I'd rather walk 15minutes up the street to Tesco than go in this Spar again.
Actually cheerful staff. Spar prices and a good selection of items. Costa, butchers, post office and a subway all hidden within. A great asset to callington.
I'm a regular, often have good deals on and staff are always friendly
It has a post office inside and hot pasties available, also has a free cash machine inside.
So with the current situation, would it be that hard to put a sign out side to say what side you queue for the post office, and what side to queue for spar, it changes day to day, sort it out!.
Wasted an hour driving just because it says opening times are till 11, but its shut at 10.10, what gives???
