I came here 3 times when it first opened. 1st time- I went in for a Bacon Sandwhich on the way to work as I was passing. A gentleman served me and he was very unprofessional and just looked so lost he didn’t know where anything was and I didn’t have time to mess about as I was going to work! He done my bacon sandwhich with ketchup on and put it into a white bag. He then passed me the bag UPSIDE DOWN and my sandwhich fell out onto my work dress and covered me in ketchup, he did not offer me any napkins neither did he offer to replace the sandwhich. I felt a little embarrassed so I left. Walking back to my car I threw the sandwhich straight into the bin. 2nd time- I went in specifically for strawberrys. After the experience with the sandwich I thought I will never buy hot food from here again but the normal grocery store would be fine...right? WRONG! I picked up 3 boxes of strawberrys and all of them had mouldy strawberrys in, green fluffy mound growing in the strawberrys. They were not out of date so clearly they were not kept well. Me being the nice person I am, I took the boxes to the till and I did not make a fuss and I waited my turn in the que and I whispered to the lady behind the till “these strawberrys are mouldy so have them off the shelf before somebody else sees them” the lady did not say thank you or neither did she offer to get me some fresh ones or anything. She said .... “oh okay” and so I walked out. 3rd time - I went into the store on my way home from work as a last resort as I said I wouldn’t go back in there, for some wraps. I have to admit, the lady at the till greeted me as I walked in, she said hello or good evening I can’t remmeber. There were no wraps in the bread isle so I asked the lady who greeted me if they had any in the back, she replied and said no, sorry. She did not look so I asked her if she wouldn’t mind checking for me, she then got snobby with me and replied “I’m sorry, but what’s on the shelf is all we have left. I have to serve the customer behind you now so can you excuse me” After this I have vowed to never step foot in the shop again. Well worth all the writing.

Nicely located, nicely laid out and there is plenty of choice. The only thing that I didn't like about this shop is that the prices are little bit on the dear side, but it is a nice shop and it certainly beats having a derelict pub ruining the landscape.
