We moved to the area recently and our 6 year old Springer Spaniel, Mabel, was in much need of a groom. Spa Paws had the best reviews in the area and after taking Mabel to see her and have a full groom we knew why. Sarah is a friendly and lovely person as well as someone who clearly cares for animals to the highest degree. The groom itself was fantastic, Sarah listened to our requirements and the result was the best cut we’ve had on Mabel so we’re very pleased. Being so good means that slots book up very fast so forward thinking is required but definitely worth it!
Me and Maximus visited Sarah at SpaPaws for the first time in July and my little Max is nervous around new people, Sarah was kind enough to put my mind at ease 10 minutes after I left to tell me how Max was behaving and enjoying himself. When I arrived to pick him up an hour later he looked and smelt amazing after his first proper groom. Especially his Pomeranian bottom area : Sarah worked her wonders on him and Max is already looking forward to visiting again. Thanks so much xx
Billy had his first visit this week after I had read the feedback others had left . So pleased with his cut , just how I wanted it. Sarah was great , helping me to decide how I wanted his coat to look. Billy seemed very happy being there too. When I collected him he looked and smelled gorgeous. Sarah is an amazingly patient and kind groomer, she listens to what you want; always provides the best care for your pet. Sarah’s experience is evident when she talks about your breed of dog and I can honestly say that Daisy is truly loved by her. You will not be disappointed by Sarah and her magical grooming wand; a miniature Schnauzer beard is no problem at all for her!

We brought our 4 month old pup for her first puppy groom with Sarah this week, and we are thrilled! We’re on a journey with our pup to ensure she isn’t afraid of being groomed. Sarah is so patient and knows exactly what to do to introduce new pups to the world of grooming in the right way. Our pup loved it! Thank you Sarah, we already can’t wait to come back.
Rupert my Pomeranian has sensitive skin and is an old man. Sarah was able to give him the time and attention he needed to be groomed comfortably and the end result is gorgeous! Thank you
Sarah is absolutely wonderful, truly professional and extremely kind to both the dog and the owner. She really listened to our request to have our dogs coat cut shorter for practical reasons and still managed to make her look super cute! After our dog got very upset at her previous groomers and misbehaved as a result, we were especially grateful to find that our dog hadn't been upset during the process and only misbehaved while having her bath! We think this is due to the calm, quiet and gentle atmosphere of Sarah's work space and her loving nature as a groomer. We cannot not recommend her services highly enough.
We recently took our dog to Sarah for the first time. He is quite a nervous little chap but Sarah was absolutely brilliant with him and I felt at ease leaving him with her as soon as I met her. I returned an hour later and he was happily playing ball with Sarah waiting for me to get back. He has been struggling with itchy skin so he was given special products to help and he came out looking and smelling like a million dollars. He enjoyed it so much he even wanted to turn around and go back on his walk home! I highly recommend Sarah and will be returning for regular grooms from now on.
Tilly, our Cockapoo, had her first trip to Spa Paws last week. She's excitable and can be nervous around new people, but Sarah instantly put Tilly and me! at ease! She had a great time and looked fantastic at the end. Will be back again!
