I've just been here around 08:40 today. Brought a few mixed bits on my bicycle trailer. Not busy at this time and the staff were more than happy to help. Very organised place, I'll visit more often when needed.
Used to be a great tip, but recent introduction of cones blocking one lane can result in having to queue to up just to get OUT of the site after unloading. Probably done to prevent queue jumping I guess. Staff still pleasant and helpful. Clean site.
The staff there are absolutely so helpful and polite. Every single time I’ve gone, they’ve been super kind or they’ve helped me load my rubbish into the containers. However the reason for the star off is the opening hours!!! It’s so inconvenient if you work hours like 8-5 as you will never have time to go to the dump. For it to be closed Wednesday and Thursday is awful because sometimes my only day off in the week is a Thursday. They really need to review this as I’m sure some people are travelling from outskirts of Spalding to use this dump, so it’s not fair to only be open 5 days a week. Please sort it out Lincolnshire council!!!
Not the best experience, queued up to get into the place, no-one helps you to unload wood, they just stand about watching you.. so wish they sold more stuff than bining in it...!! I think two men in there think they are celebrities because of walk around with sunglasses on and getting a tan...
Went to the tip today 5/9/22, spoke to operator who looked into my vehicle and just said I needed to go to various numbered containers around the site and dispose of the items I had. No offer of any help except I had a car battery which for some reason was taken maybe as it has acid not sure why. So, I had to carry several items which were heavy as I am nearly 70 years old which I did, last items were 3 plastic bin liners containing hedge cuttings, I struggled to open one of them and asked for help stating that I had no way to get the plastic off, the reply I got was "well neither have I" from one of the operators who was just standing there. Never used to be like this last time I visited this tip about 3 years back, there needs to be a shake up there, maybe a instruction code should be given to the operators who to me looked totally disinterested in helping.

Big queeing on the road. On site not all lines working. Covid restriction or what? Would be much safer and quicker if they open fully.
Website states open until 4 on a Sunday. The sign on the fence says open until 4 on a Sunday. I arrived at 3.35 today Sunday to find the gates closed. If you give us all a sporting chance and tell us in advance that the website and signage are wrong, then you won’t get a 1 Star review. And you only got that because I couldn’t give you a 0
Nice staff, clean place. Easy access and exit.
