No sign of the place outside of the building and difficult to locate.nNo normal appointment for three months but plenty of premium slots at a cost of 60 pounds.nnAsked for a multi entry and got only for one month.nnI had the same queue of normal even with premium appointments.nnServices are good. Kind and helpful staff, but a terrible system however.
I read the reviews before I came to submit my visa application. However, it turns out a very different experience. Staffs are very friendly. If you have prepared everything needed, it’s very straightforward. Even if you miss something, the staffs will explain it clearly. There were not too many people in the morning and the place was not crowded. Overall my experience was very good. Hope my visa will come back with the dates I want and expiration dates could be much longer.
The delivery of their service was excellent. I came in distressed, however one of the loveliest human beings and lady ever called Kueryn apologies if wrong spelling was outstanding. She was kind, compassionate and understanding. The guy who was taking the passport photos was also really great. All the staff were exemplary in the way they treated customers during duration.
I visited the Spain Visa Application Centre.nnI booked premium service to ensure If I miss anything I can get help at the same time.nnAbsolutely Brilliant, Helpful and supportive staff.nPremium service was worth taking especially when you travel from Belfast.nnEverything went very smoothly and staff ensured that we had no query left behing.
The employees do not have enough information about visa acceptance. My visa application was made late due to the employees' lack of knowledge. Worse than that, they do not have a visa tracking system. I am sure that I will not use this visa center again!nI give it two stars because the employees at least were friendly and helpful even though they did not have enough information.
