Ten months ago, I shared my thoughts, praising the welcoming and amiable staff at this establishment. However, I also mentioned that the office rental rates were somewhat high, with additional parking fees being a drawback.nnSince that time, the costs have significantly increased, essentially doubling. Furthermore, I was automatically enrolled in a long-term contract without prior notification. The escalating expenses are becoming difficult to rationalize. The parking fees remain steep, and I've been instructed to relocate my vehicle to a more inconvenient and smaller space further from the building's entrance.nnWhile the staff continues to be cordial, their service no longer seems to extend beyond basic courtesy. My experience has become increasingly unsatisfactory.
I wanted to follow up on my previous communication expressing dissatisfaction with Spaces' services. Unfortunately, the prolonged heating problem, persisting for nearly three months, has continued to impact my working conditions adversely. Regrettably, there has been a lack of acknowledgment from your team, making the situation even more frustrating.nnDespite my attempts to communicate these concerns, the proposed solutions were ineffective, and there was a noticeable lack of responsiveness from your end.nnMoreover, my request for an early contract termination, given the evident breach, was summarily refused, raising concerns about accountability within your organisation.nnMy experience with Spaces has been regrettable, and I feel it is essential to reiterate my caution to others considering your services. I sincerely hope this feedback prompts a thorough reevaluation of your practices to improve customer satisfaction.
Be aware, if there are are any issues you are on your own. The only thing the communitiy manager can do is send an email. There is no customer support, no one else you can call or can call you, no complaints department, nothing! I was missing a vital service for over a week and spend days/nights in the office unable to do anything, waiting for a call. The only way someone will call you is if you pretend to be a new client. A sales person will call you back immedietly. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to resolve the issue.
DO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDSTERSnDO NOT TRUST THESE FRAUDSTERS! The Community Manager and Area Manager at Spaces Regus Hemel Hempstead are the biggest liars going, charge you for fake damage, lie about contracts, the area manager promises something and then retracts after signing and the community manager is the most two faced person I have ever met, adds stuff to your bill £200-£500 charges for no reason! then makes an excuse! take money off your card with no reason, sends money back to wrong banks and tell you to deal with it, put £100 parking tickets on your card with no authority to do so, Honestly avoid these crooks like the plague.
What can I say, a Spaces building. Lately there are some issues with the door to the parking being closed, with the heating and the toilets, but they are working on it so it is just temporary.
