Mixed experiences in this store. I have walked out with nothing a couple of times (with the intension of buying something) after waiting to be served by staff that are too busy talking amongst themselves. Other times the staff have been very polite and helpful. I suppose it's all down to who's working that day. The store is always very well stocked though and give out samples on request no problem.

Worst branch I've ever been to. Served by a very unhelpful lady called Robinson - she was full of attitude and didn't want to help my mum find a foundation when all she wanted was some advice or to try some in store samples. She told us next time we are in Windsor to come in despite us being the only customers on a very quiet Sunday. Always get the vibe in there that they feel better than everyone else. Not a friendly atmosphere at all! Such a shame because i often go in there to invest in good skincare/makeup but never get given the help I need! Will advice all my friends to go to a different branch!

My day started slightly bad so I dicide to walk around sort of window shopping around windsor centre. So I decided to walking in the spaceuk windsor shop. And as almost as I was imediatly welcomed with a smile and a if I could be helped question... the customer service and product knowledge was exellent. *A smile that turn my slightly bad day into a more and smiling day... "life is not that bad after all!!"

Absolutely awful service. We walked in and there was no acknowledgement and no offer for help. Staff were huddled in a circle talking away. Worst branch I've been to.
