Excellent, excellent customer service. A staff member, an incredibly kind human, spent a considerable amount of time repacking my parcel to save me a whopping £30 on postage. Could have weighed it, served me an on to the next customer but he went above and beyond. Very grateful customer here.
They are really helpful at this post office, very friendly and professional providing a variety of services and great customer services skills. And most useful for me is the banking services as I don't have my local bank near by so being able to deposit and take money out has been superb.
I can not comment on the shop side of things. However, the post office is truly vile. An arrogant bald man, devoid of love all his life who works there, has the customer service skills of the Third Reich. He clearly does not listen to anybody if the query runs outside his learnt albeit false training script and small bigoted mindset. Repulsive, belittling skills without a hint of a smile. All I needed was the simple collection of a parcel, yet he made it sound like he was handing over nuclear bomb launch codes. And YES, I followed all DpD the parcel delivers' instructions to the letter. Repugnant attitude marred with arrogance, small man syndrome and detestability. With his putrid and soured actions, I would not be surprised if the post office closes down and Southwick loses out.
Friendly and helpful staff and easy parking in a row of locally owned shops. Highly recommended for all post office and banking related services.
What a lovely post office, clean, light airy and organised. The staff are friendly, kind, generous and ALWAYS helpful! Nothing is too much trouble and they all know what they are doing an always able to help with suggestions. It is by far the BEST post office I have ever been to!
I have been using this post office DAILY for almost 2 years. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This post office isn’t my closed branch but their kindness and services are worth the extra couple of miles!
I would normally go online, but unfortunately I wasn’t able too. Only one lady in front of me, then I was greeted by the middle aged man, who wasn’t friendly or helpful what so ever. If your going to engage with members of the public daily, maybe time to look for other work where you don’t come into contact with public, just a suggestion.
Great Experience. The new owners are doing a great job and the cues are short. Both of the counter staff are really knowledgeable, I had a query about my car tax for a vintage vehicle and the gentleman was so helpful. With the previous owners I always anticipated long cues with 1 member of staff working. With the new owners I know I will be in and out within 5-10mins. Make life a lot easier!
New owners are so lovely and helpful. Great range of opening hours means I can make it in after work on the weekend. Such a better experience since they've re opened under new management.
