The waiting times are some of the worst I've experienced out of any previous surgeries I've registered at. That being said, I can't really attribute it to being this particular surgeries fault - after all, it is a relatively small surgery servicing a deceptively somewhat-large area. For the most part, the staff are actually really nice and understanding and will attempt to go out of their way to help you. Though, personally, I've had misunderstandings in the past which have left me in awkward situations regarding medication, largely due to the long waiting times amongst other things. The surgery is always nice, clean, and well kept.
