I attended this practice as a private patient as I was away from my own dentist and a filling had crumbled. Firstly they made every effort to get me an appointment although I still waited two days. The treatment was first class. They examined me and then gave fully explained my treatment options, before carrying them out. Totally pain free except for the anaesthetic injection which will always be slightly uncomfortable. 
It was apparent throughout that my best interests were the primary concern. I would have my friends and family register with the practice if we lived nearby based on my experience

I couldn't get an appointment after I staggered up the stairs on crutches, as it was closed to National Health Patients. Frankly, they could have said that on the door at the bottom of the steps!

For someone who is not very keen on visiting dentists I had a very good experience at Southwater Dental Practice. Pain-free, very quick and very professional treatment. Would recommend very highly.

The lady dentist is ok,but all the other staff are awful especially with children ,the receptionist is very rude,also the equipment is very old!!

Stabbed in the mouth, told I had gum disease! A dentist with little knowledge of teeth.
