Steve,can I just say how impressed I was with the carpet fitter and his apprentice; who took on the recent project at school. Their work ethic was amazing, no fuss, no complaining when people were in their way- comfortably finished on time. Steve and the team were very friendly, accommodating and professional. I probably drove him up the wall trying to pick a floor colour and trim... but he was always very patient and helpful. A very efficient team and I will be recommending them to many of my friends and family. I am so pleased with the final product, so much so I got them back in a month later to redo my conservatory.
Had some carpets fitted today on our stairs and landing. Excellent service, beautiful carpets at a great price. Will definitely use again
Found this company excellent to deal with very professional and all the staff and the carpet fitter to be excellent as well and the carpets they fitted in our apartment look absolutely fantastic. Also we had to change fitting dates due to a later Completion date which they worked around and helped in every way possible. A Special thank you to Nick in the showroom Who helped us pick the carpets and also thanks to both Paul's who also kept in touch with us throughout the process. We would recommend this company to anyone. And if ever I needed any carpets again we would definitely use them. So once again thank you very much for all your help. Colin & Rose Shaw.
Enquired about Carpets on 01 December 2023, Salesman did not seem interested just gave me quick quote, and that was it. Did not show me any kind of carpets or ask what I would be interested in, so not impressed at all, so will go elsewhere for carpets.
Couldn't recommend Southport Carpet Centre enough! They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Steve was excellent; we had to change the date a number of times for the flooring to be fitted but nothing was too much trouble for him and he sorted everything out with ease. He even had the fitters on standby for when we got handed the keys so they could get straight to work as he knew we didn't have any flooring in the property. He responded very quickly to any queries and his knowledge on flooring is second to none. Professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. 5/5. If you use them for your flooring you won't be disappointed!
We contacted Southport Carpet & Flooring Company to supply and fit all the carpets and wooden flooring for our new build home. Having previously used the company for laminate flooring in a work environment we were confident in using Steve and his crew again for a second time. I must say, Steve and all the fitters really impressed us once again. From the start, Steve was extremely helpful in helping us select the right carpets and parquet flooring for our home. The organisation of two carpets, three bedrooms of laminate flooring and parquet flooring for downstairs was well executed. The fitters were brilliant, friendly and very particular which is great when you really want a job done well. The products are second to none and we feel we received an excellent service and value for money. We will always recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring for their home or business. We do not live local to Southport but will always tell others that the showroom is worth the travel time due to the sheer amount of choice but mostly because the service is so good and the fitters do an excellent job. Brilliant service from Paul and the team at Southport Carpets. I was given advice on floor styles and prices vinyl and carpet. Excellent advice on fitting and preparation of the floors for the vinyl fitting. Pricing was competitive, and the fitting was excellent. Overall, made the process of carpeting an entire new build house stress free. Would recommend without hesitation.
Top class service and great flooring. Steve went above and beyond when long story short we needed to get the toilet out before the flooring went down. Steve pounced on a nearby plumber and asked him to step in, and the day was saved! Thank you very much to John and Liam for a lovely job. Highly recommended.
Southport Carpet Centre have been great. I bought a house just over a year ago and have done it up room by room with them supplying & fitting the carpet each time. Carpet fitter is very punctual and very polite & lovely to chat to. Nick Sales Guy is great in the shop & is always happy to chat everything through and is very competitive with prices. Thanks Southport Carpets - I was recommended to use you & I will recommend others to you!!
