Fine if you are buying but not if you want to sell. Sent photographs and was asked to bring items in for appraisal. 'Appraiser's' attitude made it clear that they weren't interested so wasted journey. Seems that if it was a house clearance or probate sale then fine - pile it high and sell it cheap. So, if you are a private seller with a few items, don't bother. Five stars for buying minus three stars for selling.
Not very good at all. Definitely don’t recommend this Auction House if you are selling anything valuable, Gold, Silver, Coins, Watches etc. They will quote you one thing for value and then sell for half what they say. Also any items like Silver you are better off scrapping, you will get double what this Auction House achieves and then you have the high commission on top to pay too. Total disappointment and let down. Even lost other items given too!

Disgusting attitude. Rude and waste of good time.no idea on proper valuation.staff are a joke.extremrly slow and cold..no customer care what's so ever..told yes to bring my lot down .then refused .no idea on what they want and say.ladies are argumentative...shame that they don't see how bad they are..

Great place to get your bargains and collectibles
Good atmosphere and sells anything from modern TVs to antiques that sell for thousands. Cramped car park, and very limited space inside as its packed with auction lots but access is all on one level from the car park.
Went to this place for advise and valuation I was so rushed and made to fell like I had a load of junk. Trusted these people and feel like I have been ripped off. Awful and hurt
