I am 100% agree with other people Negative feedback about this Southfields disgusting Post office staffs. The weight Scale machines are in this post office not shows correct weight and it always shows higher weight, so I would recommend doing your parcel weight somewhere else first. I always wonder why they don’t have Digital Scale weight machine!! I would like to leave no stars but I had to leave one to enable me to write a review. It's quite sad really because all the staffs are very bad attitude but I often encounter the most surly, arrogant and rude postmistress, with absolutely no people skills and no idea how to handle customers. I am a regular customer who has been gradually getting fed up with this Southfields Post Office staffs attitude, culminating in me walking out mid transaction today, and vowing never to set foot in the place again. An absurd way to try to run a business. The post office should be taken off them, they haven't got a clue

Really rude staff, not helpful at all even for the smallest questions. Do not bother, there are way better post offices in the area where you can go. This corner shop also seems really dirty all the time.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in this post office. The staff are absolutely horrible, do not know their trade. Just the rudest people I have ever come across. There was only one person on the desk and whilst there was a queue instead of serving the girl continued to walking behind the desk instead of serving customers. When I walked over to ask to be helped as I was in my lunch hour so rather rushed I was told that I hadn't been asked to come over get back in the line and wait while she finished walk this was said in a very rude manner!

been my local for years but the staff are moody and unhelpful and can't be bothered and the building is depressing and dirty go else where

I definitely agree with most of the people's reviews. Moody and arrogant behaviour. Do you think this people can go far in life with this kind of attitude? I stopped using this post office.
