Nicely situated by coast. Adequate caravan, spacious and warm, although having the fire alarm going during the night because the battery needed changing did not improve our holiday. Also had to wash all eating utensils on arrival.
Great week in amazing accommodation. We opted for one of the beautiful lodges. Location was fantastic. Entertainment was OK but not fantastic. We enjoyed the interactive game shows but the acts left a lot to be desired.
Great clean caravan holiday park. Friendly staff. Lovely caravans most with decking. Great for dogs has a massive beach. Small kids playground. Nisa shop, launderette. Pool and entertainment. Southerness village short walk away, has a couple pubs, shop, fish and chip shop. Parking, toilets, beach and lighthouse. Well worth visiting .
Great place for the kids to have fun. The pool is great but very busy. Amusements to keep the little un's busy and the bar areas are nice and comfortable. Not bad for a caravan holiday.
Don’t go off reviews… Currently on a 3 day break Only downside is that unless you drink coors light or carling there’s not much else on tappartner not happy no foster Food is basic as it’s end of season so not a full menu. Entertainment is pretty basic, kids seem to love it though. Park is clean, caravan is clean. If you want a park with loads near this is not for you as only 2bars near by. Nice for a couples weekend away. Definitely would come bk just more in season
First time we've been on a staycation and suffered post-holiday blues before we've even left. Gutted to be leaving, the staff are great, friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the caravan is a 30second walk from the entertainment complex, and we're already looking to rebook for next year. Thank you!
Kidz had a blast, caravan was great, clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots to do and see will be going back ASAP. Loads on site to do n see especially shearNess bay. Shop, arcades all day. Special milkshake mornings for kids. Sand art, disco, swimming. Loads of fun.
What a lovely site close to the sea and lighthouse, all the facilities were clean and well maintained,and just outside the site gates there were 2pubs a chipshop and a local shop selling every day bits and bobs .The 19th hole had live groups at the weekend and they were really good, we were just popping in for a hour or so and ended up staying all night. Both the pubs served food and I was told the food was good and reasonably priced. Another nice place to take to your bike with plenty of nice little places to see close by.
Beautiful caravan, and a beautiful view of criffel. Great for couples and families! Good sized swimming pool, and fun mixture of arcade games. Definitely recommend to anyone, near or far :
Turned up and someone was on my pre booked STAR pitch, staff tried to the redirect me to a serviced pitch when I had paid for the STAR pitch. Found myself a pitch and set up on it was quicker than waiting for staff to fix the issue. What’s the point of sending you an email with your pitch number when they have given it to someone else. Restaurant is terrible, waited 45 mins for a pizza a burger not worth the wait. Usually go to Haven sites but thought I’d try this with my 5 year old during October week, won’t be back.
