Fantastic! I highly recommend southern lock and safe. I went to their shop in Reigate to purchase a lock. I was served by Clive who was extremely helpful. I had several issues fitting the lock which were down to my errors - each time I returned to the shop Clive was very patient. Don’t make the mistake of buying locks from the national outlets. First class customer service.

I have used this business a few times in the last couple of years. These guys really know good customer service. They are always really helpful and the service is speedy too. If they cannot help themselves they will recommend someone who can. The other day I struggled with reversing a Yale lock and couldn’t get the spring in. I called them and they said post it through their letterbox and they would fix it. They called very first thing the next morning and it was fixed. Would heartily recommend.

After walking out of Jacksons by the station i came here. I had two genuine Honda blanks that just needed the profile cutting in from a copy, The chap was ever so friendly & charged me a token amount for his time. I can not speak of any other elements of this business but i would imagine you would get good service based on what I experienced.

Brilliant company, came out late to suit my needs. Worked extremely quick, and did a very good job. Reasonably priced Would defiantly recommend
