My son who is a vulnerable adult was lied to by those people who swore they would help him to get his housing benefits, etc. Not only did he get evicted but he is homeless again, as I am. Stay away from these people, they are about all shallow talk and don't do a thing to support vulnerable people.

This is the Worst Housing Associations i have ever had to Deal with and i've Dealt with a Few ...The Isle Of Wight office is totally Impossible to Contact by Phone!! ..When you phone Southern Housing Number you get put Thru to a Call Centre who have to Email the Invisible Housing Officers at the Isle Of Wight Office after that call you then have to wait 3 working Days as they send a Email (Email Takes 3 Working Days to Arrive) When you do eventually get the Phone call its by some one you didnt want to speak to because the Housing officer is Out on Call.......Whats Makes me Laugh is the Isle of wight is 380 km's in size and 258km of that is Farmland...Whats the point Spectrum far Better
