Just took delivery of my new car from Southend Audi. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car for me! Never felt pressured at all to make a decision. Smooth and easy process from start to finish.
I am so disappointed with the service i have received, I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome by the members of staffs, Every member of staff behaved like they were high and mighty, like they own the brand Audi. The women Daniella who was meant to assist me with my service booking was completely inadequate at doing her job. She did not offer me a seat while she was sitting down and showed no interest in helping me. She was very hostile and the branch itself is not very hospitable. I have been to Harold wood Audi many times and always get good service. However this place makes you feel like an alien. I only booked here because there was no other bookings available. They probably had bookings available because they are so rubbish! Will never make this mistake again by coming here! I waited 6 hours not one person showed any hospitality! I wasn’t even shown to the customer waiting area! Daniella did not update me with regards to my service she wouldn’t even make eye contact! I had to ask her several times for an update! Would give 0 stars if i could. They didn’t even send me a health check video like i usually get when going to other branches! Avoid!nnI will escalate this to Audi Head Office. No paying customer should be treated like this.
Fantastic service from start to finish! Everyone I came across was so friendly and helpful. Loving my new Audi A1, thanks to all the team!
