Southdowns Motorhome Centre

bought a new motor home 2 yrs ago. Rang a yr later regarding the need to renew 3 floor Tiles on bathroom floor and they said they would need the van for TWO DAYS? so cheaper to do it locally rather than the cost of a hotel down there. Rang twice recently re advice regarding fused lights. Kept being put though to the same guy who promised to call back before our planned departure. Rang a second time, same promise but then gave up in the end.That's the service we've received after spending nearly 60K - very poor. Maybe the good reviews relate to " financially beneficial" response ? - Who knows - but sadly disappointed.

Let you browse, without hindering you. Would be nice if the vehicles outside were unlocked without having to ask.

Truly excellent service in the service centre. Our van had been recalled - we bought is second hand so had never dealt with South Downs Motorhomes. Our experience of service departments at some other dealerships has not been good, so we were very pleasantly surprised to be treated so well. We were in the area, from West Yorks and although there was no slot for in the diary we were told to call in so the engineer could take a look and see if the job needed to be done. It was needed, so he did it there and then. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It would give you confidence to buy from them.

Very good quality Moterhomes it was lovely to walk around at ease knowing there was help at hand if we wanted it.
