Good location, and easy for M3, M27 and City Centre. Plenty of parking and good sized apartment. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 children. Corner bath and lovely balcony. Lobby area was handy to wait for the car on rainy days, and James the Property Manager was extremely helpful throughout - nice job! Will stay again.Rooms: 4/5
Nice comfy apartments w kitchen and two baths and two bedrooms. Easy car parking available and access to Southampton and surrounding areas without going in the town centre. A bit noisy due to being on the road especially on the front apartments but nice balcony to sit in warm weather too. An 8/10 overall!
Wonderful experience. Right from start till the end. We recommend booking them through their website as they give discounts for long stays. The contact is through message or call them directly. The flat has everything from cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, utensils in kitchen, sofa and a table for having food, TV, Wifi, and a good size comfortable bed. A good size bathroom. Peppa pig world is very near to the apartment. M3, M27 and other major roads are nearby. It is near Southampton university. Nearby there are good amount of takeaways in case you don't prepare food. There are good size of car parking at front and the back. Outside there is also a parking on road and can be parked on at night too.
Stayed for 5 nights with my family. Rent was reasonable, quite and the 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms apartment were spacious. Towels and curtains were old and consumed. Need more attention in regard to maintenance issues specially bath and kitchen sinks clogged most of the time and that was very annoying!!
Accommodation is okay, shame on entry to individual apartments not overly clean. My partner has had two spells within these apartments over last few months, some cleaning was not cleaned away from the previous visit. Cooking equipment left dirty. I know owners are not necessarily the one's to complete the cleaning but are responsible. after someone has used the apartments checks should be made on the equipment and cleaniness of the individual rooms of the apartments.
The apartments were nice enough with most amenities one could expect. Parking available for free was a plus. But why the 2 stars you ask? This accomodation, while good on its own, loses 1 star for not delivering on an expectation that they would equip both of rooms with extra beds for our kids. They said they'd do this but we ended up with one room with only a double, leaving my partner, child and myself sleeping on the same small double. The other 2 stars are knocked off because the person on the line tried to make this sound like our fault. Claimed that we should have seen from the photos that it wasn't possible to fit another bed. If it wasn't possible, then the promise should not have been made to begin with.
I normally prefer apartments over hotels because they are mostly cleaner and more comfortable in UK. This apartment, however, was a disappointment. There was no welcome package. Even salt, sugar and tea weren't available. The bathrooms were not well equipped, some things already broken and not really clean. The worst thing was the noise. Both bedrooms were too noisy. There is a main road which is very busy at all times.
Excellent stay, 9 - 11 July Two night stay, Clean with all the facilities required. There is lots of parking front and rear of the building. Good size apartments , It was all just hassle free. Thanks would stay again.
My daughter in law and her parents stayed here last year when my daughter in law married my son. They had come over from Spain for the wedding and this was a perfect location for them for the week they stayed. Very central for everything and big enough for 11 of us to get ready in, plus hairdresser and photographer!
Lovely place to stay, have everything you need including tea towel, washing up stuff and dishwasher tablets. Hairdryer in drawer in main bedroom. Iron, hoover and washing machine. WiFi - excellent. Towels, soap and shampoo body wash also included. Great location for Peppa Pig world. Would stay again.
