Unfortunately I went to them as was recommended by a friend. At my dealership the price for what needed to be done was 2 times cheaper but I thought since they are closer it will be a better deal time wise as well. Not really the case as the bike needs to be left with them without a time frame. What actually made me post a comment here is the fact I asked the chain to be checked and adjusted as well a little bit as it was very easy to do at that stage and was not done. I can do it myself now when I got time but since I payed for something it’s more of the ideea that upsets me. Don’t recommend the place sorry…
Friendly guys did a good job on the service and MOT second year I’ve gone too them will definitely be back next year
The lads there are great, they do everything to make sure you are safe on the road, they have the time to show you everything from the bikes to what is what on the bikes, they make sure you leave there with a smile on your face, great service all round.
Brought a bike from these they lied through the whole process. Have had to rebuild the engine once already. Do not recommend
Great staff. I've had a lexmoto tempest for going on 8 months now and when ever I've had issues they been really great. They talk you though the issues and let you know how to not let it happen and are just all around good lads
Used this place a few times. Never had any problems and the guys there are really helpful. I will definetly use them again.
Highly recommend, Rob and his team have always looked after me. Broke down due to a dead battery on my way out for a ride rob got a battery to me and got me on my way. Always use Southampton motorcycles for my mots and repairs. 6 highly recommend
Really good experience, some really good bikes for sale here.I was given the keys for the bike for a test ride straight away and I was told that they would deliver it for £45.00 from Southampton to Warlingham. I'm still thinking about buying the bike as it's nice to ride. I was impressed with the Bonneville as well as the LXR 380 which I did ride, something too suit everyone in this dealer, check it out.
I bought a bike from them around 7months ago, they said it will have a fresh service and mot. The bike was delivered with no mirrors, so I called up the store who said they would refund me the money for the mirrors and they never have! The bike came with an aftermarket exhaust without advertising it aswell... The front tyre tread was extremely low and I had to buy a new front tyre. When I took the bike for a service it was very aparant that a service was not done! The oil filter looked like it hadn't been changed in the bikes life! The air filter was extremely dirty so that wasn't changed either. The oil on the bike was completely black, so that hasn't been changed for a long time either! The spark plugs have never been done, they had the originals on them still! This bike has cost me alot, considering they should have done some of these before selling it. I've attached a picture of the oil filter, which was obviously NOT changed when i bought the bike. Overall I am not impressed and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Did a great job in preparing my new Lexmoto Assault bike for agreed pick up and all as expected...kept me informed along the way whilst waiting for stock delivery.
