First time to Southampton for a cruise a few weeks back.nWe could walk to the cruise terminal from the hotel via Gate 4 by showing our boarding pass to the security there.nMore comments at the Cruise Terminal
Easy navigation to ship and fast service. Recommend to all
Easy access either by car / taxi and coaches. The town isn’t far away and there’s some closer amenities around if you find yourself with time to spare.nnMost staff are friendly and all are polite, but some are clearly here to work and that’s understandable if they must see thousands of people some days.nnQueuing is done under cover so even on miserable days you will keep dry!
Drove down with Roadmark Travel to Southampton Harbour. Took an epic tour on one of their Blue Funnels.nnWe all enjoyed a lunch of fish, chips and mushy peas my first time! Afterwards a lovely tea.nnBar was open for those who preferred other beverages and snacks.nnLearnt a lot on board! Well worth the 3 hours spent.
