Travelled from mid Wales on 18th Sept 1 night in Premier Inn in Fareham ⁵ starnTaxi to port on 19th and boarded with no hassles and earlier than anticipated, we're treated like royalty on our ³rd time with royal Carribbean to Bruges for ³ night trip.
Lovely sunlight tonight, just don't forget to psy for parking, we've been caught here before. Was a very expensive 5-min stop. Aside from that though, great place to watch the cruiseliners and ferries come and go.
Lovely!nYou can even hire scooters here. Nice little gift shop and takeaway while waiting for ferry
Drove down with Roadmark Travel to Southampton Harbour. Took an epic tour on one of their Blue Funnels.nnWe all enjoyed a lunch of fish, chips and mushy peas my first time! Afterwards a lovely tea.nnBar was open for those who preferred other beverages and snacks.nnLearnt a lot on board! Well worth the 3 hours spent.
It is one of the few spots in Southampton where you can get close enough to the water and smell the Marine air. This is a commercial port serving for the isle of white and hythe. However, keep walking along the pier and spoke you find in the middle of the river. If you are lucky, you can admire beautiful sights.
